ALL NHN PROVIDERS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: NATURAL HEALTHCARE NETWORK BENEFITS 1. Network providers will verify that the client is a current NHN member, in good standing, and deserving the network benefits. 2. NHN PROVIDERS will give the NHN members a 10% discount on all services received from a NHN provider. PROVIDER COMMITMENT 1. Providers join the network for a minimum of 1 year. 2. Contracts auto-renew at the same level unless changed. 3. The provider will be represented on the NHN network site based on the silver, gold, or platinum level chosen. 4. Providers will maintain their listing on the NHN site. 5. Payment for the site listing is established the first month, and will be automated for subsequent months. 6. Should a provider become delinquent or drop prior to the end of the contract year, the provider will be responsible for the balance due, and any expense the NHN network, and its' staff, incurred to collect the balance, including legal expenses. PROVIDER PROFESSIONALISM 1. You, and your employees, are licensed or certified as required, and meet the educational requirements for your area of expertise, as determined in your state. 2. You carry, and will continue to carry, liability insurance to cover the services that you offer. 3. At all times, you and your employees will conduct yourselves and your business, with integrity, and will support the highest levels of professionalism in all of your dealings with clients and fellow providers. 4. Anyone suspected of illegal activity will immediately be placed on hold for further investigation. Should the illegal activity be confirmed, the contract will be cancelled, and the provider's expense that he/she is responsible for will include the remaining contract due and legal expense to collect it by the network and its' staff.
