Laughter is the Best Medicine

I have heard the saying, “laughter is the best medicine”. But, I haven’t really thought about it. Have you? Smiling is natural to us; it takes twice as many muscles to frown. But, to go to the next level and laugh, we engage the majority of the body and even change our breathing. This describes laughter yoga; created in 1995 by a medical doctor. And, I dare you to watch this without laughing.
